1. We are open throughout the year for fishing by appointment.

2. Full day, half day and evening permits are available.

3. Opening and closing times will vary with the season.

4. Fishing must be with artificial fly only. Maximum hook size 10. Single fly. No lures, droppers, doubles or tandems. Please use minimum 6lb leader and barbless hooks.

5. All rods must complete an entry in the record book to facilitate re-stocking. (except during COVID pandemic)

6. A maximum of 6 may be returned on a day ticket, 4 on a half day or evening ticket.

7. Please handle all fish with care and report any that are damaged or diseased.

8. Sorry, no dogs allowed, or unaccompanied children under the age of 14.

9. The water is deep with shelving banks, so no wading, please.

10. Please park your car where requested by the proprietors.

11. Any visitors to the lake or fishery do so entirely at their own risk. The proprietors accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, accident or injury of any kind which may occur.

12. We sometimes have to carry out maintenance work on the lake while the fishery is open. However, we will endeavour to keep inconvenience to a minimum.

These rules have been formulated for the enjoyment of all - anyone abusing them will be asked to leave.
